update cpanel v2 Command and Options

One of our license commands is the update_cpanelv2 command. This is the command to update the cPanel licensing system. Which has different options. This is a command to better manage the license you are purchasing. This means you can have complete control over the licensing system and enable or disable it. You can even use this command for cPanel itself update.
